														Ingredients
- 100g Makhana 
- 1 spoon ghee (clarified butter) 
- ¼ teaspoon salt 
- A pinch of black pepper 
Method Of Preparation
- Heat a large pan/kadhai
- Put the makhana in it and roast it for a while
- Add ghee slowly while roasting the Makhana
- Keep roasting for a while till the Makhanas become crunchy
- Sprinkle salt and pepper before switching off the flame
Additional Notes
- One can use coconut oil, sesame oil or olive oil instead of ghee
- Keep the flame low for roasting of makhana
- Makhana bhuja can be eaten in fasting aswell
